Commemorating the 50th anniversary of the iconic Hacienda Hotel, Hacienda Spa has designed a 75-minute treatment that celebrates the mystical healing properties of gold, honors the traditions of the region and nourishes body and mind. Gold often represents the sun, and the radiance and purity of gold alludes to its healing and mystical properties, as well as its qualities of protection and harmony with nature. The Hacienda Gold Treatment honors these qualities by awakening the inner power and natural abundance inherently available to each person.
The treatment begins with a signature Hacienda Spa ritual, inspired by Shamic tradition that includes a welcoming foot ritual and herbal energy cleansing. Golden Calendula (Marigold) infused oil is incorporated in a full-body massage that features a series of wave-lkike motions that stretch and rock the body into a state of pure relaxation. A warm cocoon wrap with Rose and Sallowthorn oils replenishes the skin by hydrating, firming and improving skin tone. (75 minutes, $185)
