Casa Velas' crudités are freshly made on demand with a choice of two different selections for guests. The first is made with a combination of carrots, cucumber and jicama, more commonly known as a Mexican turnip. Another includes celery, beetroot and pineapple. Guests also have a choice of three different dressings -- mango, chipotle or albahaca (basil) -- to enhance flavor while keeping the snack light and healthy. To ensure the quality and freshness, crudités are available upon request from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. They are included in the all inclusive daily rate.
